What do you think the judge will do?

ok ive been a father since october... i found out she was mine and she was 15 months at the time.. we informed the pressumed father and he deceded to back up and not be in her life ever since. anyways ive been a dad for 9 months.. my daughter turned 2 on june 10th. ive given child support to my ex, i got a few reciepts, she calls me daddy, and is always happy to see me when i pull up. ive been there for her every chance i could get and ive gotten no more then 70 hours a week with her... as of june 14 i havnt seen her since... her mom got mad at me and told me i hope u realize ull never se her again.. i didnt do anything that would hurt the child in anyway... she just was mad cuz i vented to my friends who happen to be her family. i served her a week before her 2nd birthday for establishing parental rights and ect.. 3 weeks later she serves me asking the court to deny my papers... sooooooo i know that it has to go to court for him/her to reject them but will he? i mean ive been in her life 9 months and she loves my family and she loves my home. she warmed up to my place real quick... so will the time i spend away from her hurting me with the judge? any ideas are welcome but id prefer an actual opinion not just one sentence... thankyou
