Are all bosses this crazy? Or just mine?

She sounds like a MAJOR BYOTCH!!! I worked for one just like her only she would have temper tantrums and knock everything off her desk in a rage...i am just shocked and amazed that these kind of people are given supervisor/manager jobs and good people have to put up with them!!!
