A tree or bush question?

My family and I just moved into home on about 2 acres this winter and as the weather has gotten much warmer lately I was walking around my yard the other day and saw a couple of trees and bushes that both have red berries and black berries also. My question is does anyone know if this could be a raspberry or black raspberry tree or if black and red raspberries even come on a tree. We also have bushes with the same berries as the tree. The berries are red or black and both colors seem ripe not like they are unripe still. I would love for this to be a black raspberry tree but dont want to fool myself either. Any info on berry trees or bushes would be great. Thanks!
