To ladies who like to be ravaged by men, help!?

I posted a few days ago about something similar, and got great responses, but I'm going to get more specific with my question. She wants to be ravaged, and is very shy. She doesn't want to make bedroom eyes at me when she's in the mood, obviously she wants me to come after her. I am totally okay with, and enjoy roughness and taking charge. So, my question: how to initiate? Do I just need to grab her and take her by surprise? Do I need to warm her up first? If so, how do I go about it? (she has stated "I'm not really a makeout girl." So a massage, or drawn out foreplay seems counter productive... If she just wants to be taken, I can totally do it, I think I just need a woman to confirm this/ give some advice. Thanks!
