Study Abroad: Cordoba, Mendoza, or Buenos Aires?

I was student in Spain and i can say that if u want to learn language fluently you have to go to a country where they dont speak a lot of english! becuase once you find a friends speaking english you give up the idea of trying with the foreign language because the communication is much more easier! i advice you to sign up for something in Spain :)
