My leopard gecko is blind in one eye but is still eating -should i take him to the vet?

so hes blind but he still eats when i put it in front of his face-id want to go to the vet and spend 200$ on fixing my gecko dieing the next day-sorry but that's what happened to my 2nd leopard gecko-this is my 3rd.So what should i do-i mean besides that hes fine he just eats and gets warm-fine right?
