I really need your help my life my depend on it!!!!?

I'm just going to get to the point I have a very painful bump on my vagina lip. On the left side. I hope that makes sense. Its hurts really bad & from what I can tell it has no head meaning I don't think I can pop it. its the size of maybe a quarter or a fifty cent piece. I can hardly walk that it hurts so bad. I had the same bump about 2 months ago on my inner thigh. It went in about a week. I noticed that after it left I started to want to itch where the bump was at and also my skin was peeling where the bump was on my thigh. I notice if I put hot compress on It like a hot towel or something hot it decreases in size. I don't know what this is please help!
