How will the Alabama Welfare system stay afloat if ALABAMA outlaws birth control pills?

Lol-With the same answer I just gave some one else.If people want something,they'll find a way to get it like driving over the state line to buy it.Can pass all the laws they want to legislate morality but never has or ever will stop people from getting what they want.
