Does anyone else have parents that hold you back from getting a life, for there own benefit.?

My dad and me are living with family, but every time i get a job or get some money, he needs it for his vehicle, he has been threw 4 different vehicles in the past five years. Every time i save money for a vehicle of my own he needs it. An theirs always something wrong with the vehicles, he makes bad choices on vehicles and i always end up paying for them to get fixed. I feel like im just an extra money source for my father just to keep him afloat, while im fixing to be 21 and i have no job no car no girlfriend no GED or high school diploma and no money and nothing good in my life, im one step short of being a waste of life or homeless.
