Do I take a new job that pays more but has no medical benefits?

I've been working as an Administrative Asst at a flooring company for 8 months for 32K/yr, and it's "just alright." Everyone is very nice, I am capable, and I get 50/50 medical benefits. The pay is just enough to keep me afloat with my bills, but have no money for other activities or enjoyment. I just got another job offer for 35K/yr at a promotional/marketing company and it's seem okay as well. But no medical benefits. I need the money but is it worth it to take a job with no benefits? HELP!
