Did this question at school today?

i wouldn't keep the map. because a map out at sea would be useless without the sextant and compass, and not only that, the boat is sinking, and will be useless, so what's the point of knowing where you are if you don't have the ability to go anywhere else? i'd say get rid of the map, keep the fishing kit. get rid of the canned food, (assuming the fishing kit will actually provide you with enough food to live) and instead get the blankets, because you're in antarctica, and the colder you are, the more calories you burn trying to stay warm, and the more food you'll need, which you don't have much of in the first place.
