Want to get into medicing but i so stuck in a rutt?!?

I had to leave college as my mum couldnt afford to keep us both afloat let alone afford food, so i left with a qualification after a year of btec applied science. now i dont know where to head because i have no full qualification i have excellent GSCE's grades and i want to go into healthcare ideally nuring or oncology nursing , but i am stuck in this dead end job which is finally keeping me and my mum affloat and paying of the bills. But im 19 years old next week and the clock is ticking what am i going to do, i dont want to be serving burgers all my life i want to do something worth while but not end up living in porverty again please hellp
